Farmhouse, early C17. Brown brick with slate roof. 2 storeys and attic, 3 bays. 3-light flush casements with glazing bars, stone sills and flat cambered arches. A tall staircase window. Remains of a sandstone plinth. A lean-to (east) contains a boarded door in a heavy frame. Gable end stacks. Interior: Deep bevelled beams and ogee moulded beam. Moulded inglenook beam. Boarded doors on "HL" hinges. Jacobean two panel doors. Dogleg staircase with splat balusters. At first floor level there are boarded doors on old strap hinges and ovolo moulded beams. In the attic there are timbers in an internal wall and a Queen Anne style 6-panel door.
