Description

The lampholder in the center of Trafalgar Square, located in the courtyard of the Merchant Seamen's almshouses, dates from around 1840. It was created for the Trustees of the Muster Roll. The structure features an ashlar base and plinth, along with cast-iron lamp brackets.
