Description

No. 5, Westoe Village, is a circa 1788 red brick house with a slate roof. The two-storey, three-bay structure has stone detailing to the heads of the windows. A two-storied bay window is present to the east bay. All windows are sash windows with glazing bars. A fine Tuscan doorcase, featuring half columns and a broken pediment, is complemented by a good fanlight. A brick string course runs above the ground floor and again above the first floor window heads.
