Description
Whitehouse Farm is an 18th-century house located on the south side of Front Street in Whitburn. The building is rendered and features a roof made of pantiles. It has two storeys and four bays. On the ground floor, there are two windows, a six-panelled door, and a four-panel oblong fanlight set in a raised surround with a keystone, along with one additional window. The first floor contains two windows, a narrow window above the door, and one more window, all of which are sash windows. Inside, the room to the west of the entrance has a bolection moulded chimney piece. The first floor includes doors with two fielded panels and a horizontal sliding sash window located in what was formerly the rear wall, now serving as a passage wall.
