Description

Harland Place, now a medical centre, is an 18th-century building that has undergone alterations. Previously known as "Dr Blandford's Corner," the building is situated on the east side of Norton High Street. It is two storeys high and has a facade finished with pebbledash. A wall head board with brackets to the gutter runs along the top of the wall. The roof is slate-covered with brick chimneys. The right-hand side of the building features five plain sash windows. The left-hand side has six original sash windows with glazing bars, and includes two wide, three-light bays on the ground floor. A pilastered doorway, with panelled reveals, is positioned to the right, currently containing a modern panelled door.
