Description
Grassy Nook Farmhouse is a late 18th-century, two-storey house with two windows. It is constructed of light red brick and features a pantiled roof with end chimneys. The house has sixteen-pane sash windows, with those on the ground floor set beneath flat gauged brick arches. To the left, there is a lower two-storey, two-window extension; the ground floor of this extension is likely from the same period as the main house, while the first floor dates from the later 19th century. At the rear, there is a rendered pentice. On the east side, there is a rendered wall with a six-panel door that has a wooden hood above it. Attached to the west are red brick farm buildings.
