Description

The Old Hall, along with an adjoining cottage, now form a single house. The Hall itself dates to around 1700. It is constructed of dressed sandstone with a clay pantile roof, featuring a stone ridge, gable copings, and kneelers. A brick and stone stack is located on the left-hand side, and an external stone stack is present on the right-hand gable. The building is two stories high and five bays wide. While the windows have been altered and their dripmoulds removed, a plinth remains. A doorway is situated on the left-hand side. There are traces of blocked square staircase lights between the second and third bays from the left, as well as blocked first-floor and attic windows in the south gable.

The adjoining cottage, built in the early 19th century, is attached to the north gable of the Old Hall. This is also constructed of dressed sandstone with a clay pantile roof, and a stack is located on the left-hand side. It is two stories high and two bays wide, with later openings containing 20th-century casement windows. An outbuilding, dating to the late 18th century, adjoins the south gable of the Old Hall. It is a single-story structure built of dressed sandstone with a clay pantile roof.
