Description

This building, located 200 yards north of Lilburn Tower, was originally a byre and dovecote and is now used as a pheasantry. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of dressed stone. The structure has three bays, featuring a raised castellated center topped with a pyramidal roof. There are stone pierced pigeon holes set in a semicircular recess.
