Description
The attached garden wall located to the north-east of Bolton Hall is likely from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of brick in an irregular English Garden Wall Bond, with the outer face made of coursed rubble and featuring cut stone dressings. The wall is short and connects to the north-east corner of Bolton Hall, which includes a boarded door set in a stone surround. It extends eastward to join an altered stable block. This wall is included for its group value with Bolton Hall. The stable block and later outbuildings behind the wall are not considered of special interest.
