Description

This is a pill box built in 1940, made of concrete and featuring an elongated hexagonal plan with a flat roof. It is a single storey structure, partly below ground level. The elongated front has three rifle embrasures and one machine gun embrasure on each chamfered side. The rear front includes two rifle embrasures and a protected door. This pill box was constructed as part of the Coquet Line of defense against German invasion during the Second World War.
