Description

The farm buildings located approximately 50 yards north-east of Bamburgh Hall date from the early 19th century. They are constructed of random rubble with ashlar dressings and feature a Welsh slate roof. The buildings are arranged in an L-plan and consist of two storeys. On the left side, the shelter sheds have four segmental arches and four windows above. The barn on the right includes two stable-type doors and one half-slatted window above. At the rear, there is a circular gingang supported by rectangular piers, topped with a conical Scottish slate roof. The buildings also showcase fine original roof timbers.
