Description
Littleharle Lodge, along with its attached garden walls and gate piers, dates from the mid-19th century and is constructed of ashlar and cast iron, topped with a Welsh slate roof. The lodge is a single-storey building with three bays. It features a central door made up of six flush panels, a 16-pane sash window to the right, and a renewed six-pane sash window to the left. The roof is hipped and includes a central conjoined stone stack with a cornice.
The garden walls are low and have chamfered coping, complemented by iron railings with widely spaced standards that feature oval finials. These walls connect to low square piers that have pyramidal caps. There are two contemporary iron gates leading into the lodge garden.
The main gateway, attached to the left, is similar in style but has four higher piers linked by quadrant walls and railings. The 20th-century main gates are not considered to be of special interest.
