Description

No. 74 Church Street is an early 19th century house situated between Nos. 70 and 76. It is a narrow building with a stuccoed front and a slate roof. The house has a panelled front door topped by a fanlight. Double sash windows are positioned on each floor, and a dormer window is set into the roof. The building was previously listed as No. 72.
