Description
The signal box at Chathill Station is a late 19th-century structure built from rock-faced stone and topped with a Welsh slate roof. It stands two storeys tall, with a blank ground floor and an upper floor featuring continuous glazing made up of small-paned fixed windows. There is a 20th-century iron balcony and a hipped roof. A boarded door is located on the left side, while 20th-century iron steps are found on the right side. At the rear, there is a 20th-century brick extension that is not considered of special interest.
