Description

The outbuilding to the north of Dunstan Hall is a dairy built in 1939 by H.L. Honeyman for Mrs. Ursula Merz. It is constructed from whinstone rubble and features a pantile roof. The building has a small square shape with rounded angles. On the south side, there is a boarded door with an old latch set in a heavy oak surround. The roof is designed in a bell-shaped pyramid style. This structure is included for its group value with Dunstan Hall.
