Description

This is a row of terraced buildings, numbers 1 to 9, Church Street, dating from the 18th century. They form a group with numbers 11 to 19 and 23 to 27. The buildings have a rounded corner and are three storeys in height, with numbers 7 and 9 being two storeys. They are constructed of ashlar stone, with a rusticated ground floor and a moulded cornice. Quoins are present. The ground floor features three round-headed windows and two round-headed doorways, while the upper floors have four windows each. The property shares premises with number 2 Marygate.
