Description

Grosvenor Terrace, located on Clayport Street, is an early 19th-century building consisting of two storeys and five windows. It is constructed of ashlar with a slate roof featuring coped gables and yellow brick chimneys. The building has late glazed sash windows and a central entrance with doors set under a joint depressed arch, which includes six-panel doors with a spoked fanlight above. There is also a door to a through passage on the right.
