Description

This is a limekiln located approximately 440 yards east of Ryal, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of dressed stone and features three high corbelled triangular openings, each with round-headed draw holes behind them. Inside, there is a brick-lined pot that is shaped like an inverted cone.
