Description
The garden walls located to the west and south-west of Causey Park House are likely remnants of a former park wall. They date from the late 16th century or 17th century and were heightened and refaced on the inside during the 18th century. Constructed from stone and brick, the tall wall extends west from an outbuilding immediately adjacent to the house. It features a rubble external surface with chamfered coping, and the brick internal face is topped with low-pitched stone coping. The wall slopes down at its western end and turns south, where there is a boarded door.
