Description
Meldon Lane House is a house dating from around 1840. It is constructed of squared stone with a slate roof and forms part of a planned farm layout. The house has a T-shaped design and is symmetrical with three bays across. It includes a plinth and a renewed central front door sheltered by a small 20th-century porch. The windows are 12-pane sashes with slightly projecting sills, and all openings are set within chamfered surrounds. The gables are coped with moulded kneelers, and the end stacks are stepped and corniced.
