Description
Little Breckon is a house built around 1840, constructed of Flemish-bond brick with a Welsh slate roof and brick chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high and features three bays. On the left side, there is a replaced door with a patterned fanlight set in a wooden doorcase. To the right, there is a large canted bay window from the late 19th century. Above, three 12-pane sash windows are set in deep reveals, each topped with rubbed-brick flat arches and projecting painted stone sills. The roof is low-pitched with stone-coped gables. The left end stack has a top band, while the right end stack has been rebuilt. The adjacent properties, Nos. 7 and 8 on the right return, have been altered and are not of special interest.
