ESH USHAW NZ 2143 14/31 Ushaw Home Farm: former carpenter's shop south-west of farm

GV II

Former carpenter's workshop, now storage; part of planned farm layout. 1851-2 by Joseph Hansom. Coursed squared sandstone with ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof with stone gable copings. 2 storeys, 5 bays. Wide central entrance under chamfered stone lintel; 2-centred-arched window at left. Overlapping panes of glass in wide windows at eaves, separated by stone piers. Right end chimney.
