Description
This footbridge, located 220 metres south-east of Mortham Tower, is likely from the 18th century. It features rugged uncut stone on the outer faces and roughly-squared stone on the inner faces of the parapets. The bridge has a single segmental arch, with alternate voussoirs that project. The parapets curve outward at the ends. It is designed in the same style as Dairy Bridge and has been depicted in a painting by Cotman.
