Description
Dairy Bridge over the River Greta is a bridge, probably from the 18th century. It features outer faces made of rugged uncut stone, while the inner faces of the parapets are constructed from squared stone. The bridge has a semicircular arch and parapets that have irregular slab coping, which curves out at the ends. It is situated in a picturesque location, spanning the ravine of the Greta just above where it meets the River Tees.
