Description
The outbuilding north of Demesne Hall, likely a former servants' house to the Rectory, dates from around 1848. It is constructed of coursed squared sandstone with quoins and ashlar dressings, topped with a Welsh slate roof. The building is one storey high and has two bays. It features plain sash windows with projecting stone sills, and the left return gable has alternate-block jambs and a flat stone lintel above a six-panel door. There are four round cast-iron tie-ends on the main elevation above the windows. Inside, there is a flat stone lintel over a high fire in the first room, although the iron range has been removed. This building is included for its group value.
