Description
The well-house located to the north of Graig House is a small yet visually appealing building made of red brick in Flemish bond with burnt headers. It features a tall pyramidal slate roof and measures approximately 2 metres square in plan and 2 metres high at the front. The structure is built into a 45-degree slope of higher ground at the rear, where the eaves are just above ground level. The front wall includes a vertical-rectangular window that is currently boarded up. The left corner of the building is obscured by vegetation. The well-house is not accessible.
