Description
The Bell is a small, double-fronted, double-depth house dating from the 18th century. It features rendered walls, likely over local rubble stone, and is topped with a Welsh slate roof. The main elevation has a central panelled door with a hood supported by brackets. This door is flanked by 6 over 6 sash windows with elliptical heads, with two additional sash windows of the same style on the first floor and 6-pane windows on the second floor just below the eaves. The roof is plain and includes a stack on the left gable and a second stack on the rear range. The rear elevation has two 6 over 6 sash windows, while the gable walls are blind. The interior was not available for inspection during the resurvey, but the ground floor is described as open plan with a central staircase.
