Description
The pigsty at Berthlwyd Farm is a round, corbelled structure dating from around 1800. It features rubble-stone walls and a conical slab roof that is covered with render and leads to a flat cap. There is a single opening beneath a slab lintel. On the east side, there is a drystone former field wall attached to the pigsty, while the rounded pen wall has been rebuilt; it was originally straight.
