Description

This is a telephone call box located next to the east side of the former Coal Exchange. It features a domed roof with four lunettes that contain embossed crowns of King George VI, along with red lettered opals and ventilation slits. The door has raised surrounds with marginal bars framing the horizontal perspex glazing. The rear of the box is blank and it stands on a moulded plinth.
