Description
Glanthaw is a two-storey house with stone walls, featuring a three-bay front elevation that is clad in pebbledash. The roof is finished with slate, and the gable stacks are constructed of yellow brick, likely built in the late 19th century or later. The house has top-hung casement windows and a central doorway adorned with a cornice supported by fluted consoles, leading to a half-glazed modern door. There is an outshut to the rear on the left side, a lean-to on the right side, and a rear wing with a southeast-facing colour-washed stone wall that has a window above it, adjacent to the south wing of the Old Brewery.
The forecourt is enclosed by a rendered stone dwarf wall and 19th-century iron railings that feature spiked and scroll finials. These railings return to the house on the northwest side and connect to a bridge and parapet wall on the southeast side. There is also a 19th-century iron gate that matches the railings.
