The Vale of Glamorgan Public House is a two-storey building featuring four windows. It is constructed of stucco with a slate roof and yellow brick chimney stacks. On the ground floor, from right to left, there is a 20th-century brick shop front, followed by an elliptical arch leading to a yard, then a small canted bay window, and finally a doorway with a flat hood supported by brackets, which contains a four-panelled door. The first floor has four 16-pane hornless sash windows.
