Description
82 The Struet is part of a row of early to mid 19th century three-storey houses, which includes Nos. 80, 81, 82, and 83. Each house has one window bay and a door, with the doorways arranged in pairs. The houses feature slate roofs, with Nos. 82 and 83 being pebbledashed, No. 81 constructed of colourwashed stone rubble, and No. 80 having an exposed stone ground floor with smooth render above. The top floors have low windows, while the first and ground floors have taller windows, all set on a low plinth.
Nos. 82 and 83 each have a plain two-light casement window on the second floor and a horned sash window without glazing bars on the first and ground floors. No. 82 has a mid-20th century door, while No. 83 features a four-panelled door.
The rear elevations of these houses rise to four storeys and overhang the River Honddu, creating a picturesque scene.
