Description
80 The Struet is part of a row of four early to mid 19th century three-storey houses, numbered 80, 81, 82, and 83. Each house has one window bay and a doorway, with the doorways arranged in pairs. The houses feature slate roofs, with Nos. 82 and 83 having a pebbledashed exterior, No. 81 constructed of colourwashed stone rubble, and No. 80 displaying an exposed stone ground floor with smooth render above. The top floors have low windows, while the first and ground floors feature taller windows, all set on a low plinth.
Nos. 80 and 81 have modern windows on the top floor, with 4-pane sash windows on the first and ground floors. No. 80 has a six-panelled door, while No. 81 has a half-glazed panelled door.
The rear elevations of the houses rise to four storeys and overhang the River Honddu, creating a picturesque view.
