12 Camden Road

12 Camden Road is part of a terrace of 12 houses, originally marked as Bowen Terrace on older Ordnance Survey maps. These two-storey homes, which also feature attics, are constructed of stucco with predominantly slate roofs. They have moulded quoins and window surrounds. The end houses in the terrace have gabled fronts adorned with decorative bargeboards, a single camber-headed attic window, a pair of camber-headed first-floor windows, and a splayed bay window. The entrances are located in three-window returns.

The other houses in the terrace consist of two bays and include small gabled dormers. Above the ground floor splayed bay window, there are paired camber-headed sash windows, while the bay itself features camber-headed sash windows and a cornice supported by scroll brackets. Another bay has a single first-floor window above a camber-headed doorway that includes an overlight.

The front garden wall of the terrace is made of stucco, with some sections rebuilt, and has rough stones on the coping. The original iron gates remain intact. The end house of the terrace faces the road and has a gable front with a three-window return, although it features modern glazing and a door in the original openings.
