Description
Glasfryn is an Edwardian detached house that stands two storeys high with an attic. It is constructed of red brick and features tile hanging, a tiled roof, and tall red brick chimneys. The windows are wooden with mullions and transoms, and they include stained glass in the upper lights.
On the left side, there is a half-timbered attic gable adorned with a decorative bargeboard and a three-light window, along with a two-storey splayed bay window. In the center, a gabled attic dormer is present, above a two-light window that sits over a half-timbered gabled porch. This porch has a bargeboard featuring pierced quatrefoils and an original half-glazed door flanked by sidelights. To the right, there is another two-storey splayed bay window with a hipped tiled roof. The side elevations display chimney breasts with gables at the eaves level.
At the front, there is a red brick wall topped with stone capping, along with tall brick piers and gatepiers that also have stone caps and ball finials. The property is enclosed by iron railings and gates that feature scrolled panels.
