Description

No. 52 The Watton is part of a row of six two-storey cottages with 19th-century exteriors. Each cottage features one window bay and a doorway. The cottages have slate roofs and large brick chimney stacks located between Nos. 53 and 54, as well as between Nos. 55 and 56. The facades are roughcast with rendered sill bands, plinths, and window dressings. The upper window openings have heads that align with the eaves, while the ground floor window and door openings have cambered heads and vermiculated keystones. The glazing and doors are modern.
