Description
The outbuilding located to the north of the main barn range at Aberbran Fawr is a barn constructed from rubble stone and topped with a corrugated asbestos roof. It is positioned on a slope, featuring a high gable end on the north side. The south end wall includes two loops and a square loft door with a timber lintel. The sides of the barn originally had upper open bays between square piers, although most of these have been infilled. The north end displays put-log holes and a loft opening.
On the east side, there are two loops in the infill to the left, alongside two full-height openings separated by a tall stone pier; the right opening is partially infilled, and there is an additional opening with a timber lintel to the right. There is also an altered range at right angles to the northwest, which features a brick front on the south side.
