This late 18th century milestone is made of limestone and features the inscription: "From / [Ca]rmarthen / 12 Miles / To Swansea / 15". The stone stands approximately 700 millimeters high and about 400 millimeters wide, with an irregular thickness. The top of the milestone is roughly rounded.
