Description
Lamb House and Lamb Shop are two-storey buildings made of whitewashed rubble stone, topped with slate roofs and featuring three rendered stone stacks. Each building has a three-window range with hornless 12-pane sash windows. Lamb House has a central 20th-century half-glazed door, while Lamb Shop, located to the right, features a central four-panel door and a shopfront to the left that includes a half-glazed door and a nine-pane window. Both the main door and the shopfront are set beneath a simple corniced fascia with end blocks.
At the back of both properties are outbuildings. The outbuilding behind Lamb House was a single-tie cow-house and cobbler's shop. The outbuilding associated with Lamb Shop is reported to have been used briefly as a slaughterhouse in the 20th century when the shop operated as a butcher's.
