Description
The lychgate to the parish walls is constructed from ashlar and rubble stone and features a stone-tiled roof. It has paired wrought iron gates set between gabled walls that have stone coping and cross finials. The front edge of each wall is rusticated and includes a top cornice piece to support the coping. Inside, there are oak lintels across the structure and a rafter roof. The gates are designed with dog-bars, a mid and top row of circles, and spearhead finials. On either side, there are curving low stone terrace walls with rusticated stone coping and low spearhead rails. A short section of the wall extends south to the Neuadd Fawr Arms, while a longer section extends north to No 1 Church Street.
