Description
Plas Kenrhos is a late Georgian style two-storey villa featuring rendered walls and a hipped slate roof, with central and rear roughcast stacks. The entrance front faces west and includes a round-headed doorway on the left, which has a rusticated surround likely added when the porch was removed. The panelled door is a replacement, but the radial-glazed overlight is original. To the right of the doorway is a 16-pane horned sash window, while the upper left features a two-light casement window under a pointed head.
On the left side, there is an outshut with paired 12-pane sash windows in the lower storey and a 12-pane hornless sash window in the upper storey. The two-window garden front overlooks the Loughor estuary and Gower peninsula, showcasing 12-pane horned sash windows, which are smaller in the upper storey. Further to the right, an outshut at the rear of the house has a similar 12-pane sash window in the lower storey and an 8-pane window above. The rear (east) elevation includes a replaced doorway beneath an 8-pane sash window, and a lean-to has been added on the right side of the rear.
Inside, the entrance leads to a corridor, at the end of which is a straight stair with plain balusters and slate treads. The principal rooms feature panelled shutters.
