Farthings Hook Bridge (partly in the New Moat community)

Farthings Hook Bridge is a two-arch road bridge built from rubble stone, featuring two small and distinct arches. The northern arch is deeply recessed, showcasing stone voussoirs and a semi-circular shape, while the southern arch is not recessed, smaller, narrower, and slightly pointed, also with stone voussoirs. On the upstream side, there is a rough rounded cutwater positioned between the arches, with 20th-century buttresses at each end. The stonework above the arches is irregular and appears to have been extensively repaired, accompanied by rubble stone parapets and edge-on stone and slate copings. On the bridge, against the downstream parapet, there is a partially covered boundary stone that reads 'Henrys Moat Boun..'.
