Description

Brynhenllan Cottage is a single-storey, double-fronted building constructed from whitewashed rubble stone, featuring a grouted slate front roof and whitewashed stone end stacks, with the stack on the right being larger. The façade includes a central 4-panel door flanked by 12-panel sash windows, all set on painted slate sills and topped with whitewashed stone rough voussoirs. There is a lean-to on the north end wall that has a 12-pane sash window, and a loft light is present in the gable. The rear roof slope is clad in asbestos. The interior has been modified to create a single room on the ground floor, which retains an original timber-lintel fireplace at the right end and a staircase located in the angle.
