Description
Pen y Daith is a house constructed of rubble stone, with the front colourwashed and featuring an imitation slate roof and a stone stack at the south end. The building is two stories tall and has a three-window front elevation. It includes an original Dewisland buttressed lean-to stone porch with a modern door. The windows are 16-pane sash windows, with broader windows in the outer bays and a narrower window in the centre of the first floor. Slate sills are present beneath the windows. Above the porch, there is a date plaque that appears to bear the name Perkins and the date 1788, although it is eroded. The south end wall is also made of rubble stone, and there is an attached garage to the right. Inside, there is a narrow rear stair with stick balusters.
