Description

The Village Pump is a cast iron pump featuring a handle and a casing marked 'Lion' and 'Made in England'. It is surrounded by concrete paving and enclosed by low rubble walls on three sides, with an earth bank on the fourth side. There is an opening on the north side. The pump is situated in a prominent position next to a road bridge.
