Description

The Lime Kiln at Mill Haven is a circular structure, approximately 3 meters high and 6 meters in diameter, constructed from rubble stone, primarily local red sandstone. The southeast side is built into a bank or ramp. The top and crucible of the kiln are in poor condition and are partly overgrown. Both the north and south sides feature large kiln eyes, each about 2 meters high, with stone lintels; however, the southern kiln eye is partially collapsed.
