Description

The Lime Kiln at St Brides Haven is a circular structure built of red rubble stone, standing approximately 3 meters high and 6 meters in diameter. It features extended walls on the northeast and southwest sides. The southeast side is built into a bank or ramp. The northeast and southwest sides have large kiln eyes, each about 2 meters high, with broad cambered heads and stone voussoirs. Inside, there is corbelled stonework, and the crucible has been infilled. The kiln is in good condition.
