Description

Saxatile is a two-storey building dating from the 18th century, featuring a whitewashed render with a slate roof and stone end stacks, the larger stack located to the right. The building has a three-window range, with the centre doorway and first floor window offset to the left. The first floor is fitted with 12-pane hornless sash windows that have slate sills, while the ground floor windows are 16-pane hornless sashes, also with slate sills. The entrance is a glazed door, approached by a cobbled path, and is adorned with pilasters, a cornice, and a keystone.
