Description

Llwyn-ysgaw Waterwheel is a later 19th century iron overshot waterwheel measuring twelve feet in diameter, located in a rubble stone wheel pit. It was made by T. Thomas of Cardigan, who was known for producing various types of agricultural machinery. This waterwheel was likely created after Thomas relocated from the Mwldan Engineering Works in Cardigan to the Bridge End Foundry in the same town in 1854.
