Description

Nos. 5&6 Glyndu

A pair of symmetrically planned cottages in irregularly coursed slate with a slate roof. The cottages have a shared rendered chimney stack to the centre and doors to the outside (on the gable ends), thus tending to conform to the inter-war universal plan type.

Each cottage has a pair of small-pane casement windows above in a through-eaves dormer, and a triplet of similar casements below. Door at side with a lean-to canopy on brackets, that at right enclosed.

The left-hand cottage of the pair, with open porch.
